Ich analysiere bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und gestalte die HR-Transformation aktiv mit.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende und befindet sich inmitten einer Digitalen Transformation. In meiner Rolle treibe ich diese voran und fungiere als Schnittstelle zwischen den Nutzer*innen von IT-Lösungen und den implementierenden Rollen. Insbesondere werden komplexe Kund*innenanforderungen in Funktionsbeschreibungen überführt. In diesem Umfeld habe ich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Sparring für die Fachbereiche für Personalwesen bei der Optimierung und Harmonisierung der Prozesse durch Analyse, Beschreibung und Festlegung der Geschäftsanforderungen sowie deren Modellierung,
• Formulierung und Validierung von User Stories und Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien entsprechend der Anforderungen,
• Validierung von technischen Spezifikationen bezüglich der optimalen IT-Lösung,
• Vorbereitung der Test-Szenarien und Unterstützung der Test- und Abnahmeprozesse,
• Weiterentwicklung des fachbezogenen Reportings und Durchführung von Datenanalysen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen,
• Beratung des Product Owners und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Produkt-Teams in Deutschland und Belgien zur Bewertung, Priorisierung und Planung der Weiterentwicklung sowie Wartung des Produkts,
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zusammen mit dem Fachbereich inkl. 2nd Level Support.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement als Business Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,
• Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitig hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein,
• Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Kenntnisse in SAP Modul SAP HR oder SAP Successfactors,
• Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierungen in IREB, BPMN und UML,
• Erfahrung mit der agilen Arbeitsweise in Produktteams, entsprechende Zertifizierung (z. B. Agile Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Master),
• Kenntnisse in Französisch- oder Niederländisch.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
