As Business Analyst Global Retail Performance & Growth (m/f/d), you will support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives across our global network of owned Stores, Shop-in-Shops, and Outlets. You will help translate insights into action - contributing to performance improvement, go-to-market strategies, and the evolution of future-ready retail experiences.

Working closely with global functions and local markets, you will gain exposure to high-impact projects across core performance, strategic business development, and new growth fields. You will be part of a high-performing team that supports the transformation and future success of our global retail business.

What you can expect:

• Support the further development of retail dashboards and customer behavior analytics (e.g. traffic, dwell time, product interaction) to enable smarter decision-making
• Conduct initial analyses of sales, productivity, and conversion trends to help identify business levers across channels, regions, and formats
• Contribute to analytics use cases and support in coordinating with the Digital Campus (specialized Data & Analytics sitting in Porto)
• Assist in preparing go-to-market strategies and commercial frames for seasonal key commercial moments, such as SALE and omnichannel initiatives
• Co-lead the maintenance and rollout of the global site classification model (Good-Better-Best-Halo) and its adaption to local contexts
• Contribute to the preparation of strategic retail activations and cross-functional alignment documents
• Prepare and co-facilitate innovation formats, such as cross-functional Design Sprints, and conceptualize frameworks for identifying and prioritization retail innovation ideas
• Conduct structured trend and market research to inform the development of innovative retail formats and experience strategies
• Assist in shaping new experience concepts such as the Retail 5 Senses Strategy and contribute to related training and pilot rollout materials
• Help prepare board-level presentations, business cases, and performance summaries for leadership
• Translate data and insights into clear, well-structured visuals and storylines
• Support project documentation and facilitate alignment with key global functions (e.g. Omnichannel, Retail Ops, Visual Merchandising, Controlling)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed master's degree in business or related field
• Either 1+ year of experience in a business development or strategy role (corporate environment) or multiple internships in consulting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; confident handling business data and connecting it to customer and commercial impact
• Structured, hands-on, and reliable with a strong interest in retail, innovation, and omnichannel growth
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a strong plus
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in an international retail environment
