What you'll be doing

• Act as a thought leader in AI-driven automation, providing strategic guidance within key domains
• Champion an automation-first mindset, empowering teams to integrate AI solutions effectively
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design and implement AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Leverage deep industry expertise to analyze business processes and develop impactful automation strategies
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and emerging AI trends to maintain compliance and innovation

What you bring

• 5+ years of domain expertise in AI, automation, or related industry sectors, with a strong focus on implementing AI-driven solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline)
• Deep understanding of AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and best practices, ensuring seamless integration into business processes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI automation solutions
• Proven experience in advising on AI implementation strategies, driving successful adoption across teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in the music, media, or digital publishing industry is a plus
