Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Power and Gas markets globally, including UK
• Understand new initiatives and product implementations supporting Uniper’s trading strategies
• Follow standard IT project delivery processes for consistent outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support Green Power and Green Gas portfolios transformation
• Identify, document, and engineer business requirements
• Facilitate workshops across various stakeholder levels
• Act as the primary contact for business requirements and solutions
• Work within an international, multi-sourced delivery model with project teams
• Design and evaluate IT solutions, ensuring comprehensive understanding of impacts
• Own solutions delivery across all trade lifecycle phases
• Challenge requirements and suggest alternatives with cost/benefit analyses
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement as part of the Business Analyst Community

Your profile

• Degree in IT, Energy Economics, Engineering or related fields; Master’s preferred
• Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) desirable
• Deep knowledge of Gas or Power trading and trade lifecycle; experience with other commodities is a plus
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Energy Trading or Capital Markets
• Understanding of Green Power, PPAs, Certificates, and Gases
• Technical expertise in OpenLink Endur, AVS/JVS, OpenComponents
• Leadership skills for mentoring teams, including offshore
• Strong analytical skills for managing dependencies
• Knowledge of ETRM systems, scheduling, and reporting processes
• Proven change management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proactive, self-starting approach with ownership mindset
