About the Role

As a Business Analyst in Analytics, you act as the vital link between our business stakeholders and solution development teams. By analyzing and refining requirements, you help ensure the delivery of impactful technology services that drive business success.
This role can be based in our offices inMunich (Germany), Hamburg (Germany), or Gothenburg (Sweden).

What you will do
  • Promote analytics adoption and support a growing global community of business and technical analysts

  • Lead workshops to capture business needs and analyze current processes

  • Conduct pre-studies and define requirements, including cost, time, and resource estimates

  • Contribute to business case creation and portfolio prioritization

  • Oversee supplier development work to ensure quality and business value

  • Ensure solutions meet business goals, are peer-reviewed, and documented per IT standards

  • Maintain and refine solution requirements and specifications

  • Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate handover and shared understanding of requirements

  • Design and deploy KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions across data domains

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of professional experience

  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard design and development (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Passion for sharing knowledge and developing skills across IT and business teams

  • Strong communication skills in English to coach and collaborate across technical and business domains

  • Experience in designing and deploying KPI, analytics, and dashboard solutions (including data engineering, warehousing, and management) is a plus

  • Comfortable working in globally distributed teams within a matrix organization
