About Your Team
Be part of a growing team which is heading towards a technical modernization programme and bring in own ideas and experience. In this role you will be part of an cross-functional team and help deliver new customer experiences which will serve thousands of customers and forms a crucial part of FFBs growth strategy. In addition you will act as a relationship manager between business and technical teams and be part of an agile development team.
About Your Role
- Perform process analysis and improvements
- Responsible for end-user applications (Advised and Personal Investors) in close and constant cooperation with various business and senior stakeholders, including:
- Gathering and analyzing relevant data to help take informed decisions
- Developing concepts and solutions
- Supporting the implementation of policies, procedures and solutions for compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Clarifying technical issues and error analysis in ongoing operations
- Ensuring the sustainability and quality for the solutions, that will be built
- Support cross-functional agile development teams, including:
- Analyzing, detailing and formalizing complex requirements to form a solution design from a user & business perspective
- Developing optimal user experience by defining user stories, acceptance criteria and executing test cases
- Defining and monitoring KPIs
- Quality assurance and documentation in collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence
- Creation of training materials / conducting internal training sessions
- Work according to the principles of "user-centered development", validating assumptions and testing prototypes to ensure a holistic user experience
- Continuous improvement of processes and interfaces in the interests of users
- Hybrid working atmosphere (min 2 days per week in office)
About You
- Professional experience in banking or other financial service area with experience in working in agile environments / teams and in the field of digital web applications
- Passion for analytical skills and gathering data
- Customer centric mindset, with ability to manage customer expectations, customer-focused & service oriented
- Flexible and positive attitude - with “can-do” approach, a self-starter that ”can think on your feet”
- Excellent team player with a disciplined and conscientious approach
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Experience in Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence (preferable)
