Talantir in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (m/f/d) to collect and translate business requirements for diverse projects with a focus on e-commerce. You will bridge business needs and IT by collaborating with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to shape effective solutions.

You will run workshops, support UATs and reviews, and help teams reach common goals. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus, and experience with Confluence and Jira will help

Qualifikationen

Professional experience as a business analyst, including managing, tracking, and delivering requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent management and communication skills with all stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
Proven experience in conducting workshops with clients.
Interest and understanding of customers’ core business.
Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
General knowledge of databases and tools such as Stash, Bamboo, Jenkins, Java, Git, UML.
Fluent business English and German at a communicative level.
