As a Business Analyst, you will be reporting directly to the Implementation Team Manager. In this role, you will work with project managers and customers to gather and document project requirements for project execution. A Business Analyst also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. Business Analysts must manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in a clear and concise manner. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives.
