Задачи:

• Own Global Sales Reporting by taking end-to-end ownership of the Sales Data Cube, ensuring accurate and consistent monthly data flows, and acting as the central contact for all global sales reporting topics;
• Build Dashboards That Matter by designing and continuously enhancing management reports and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to enable full transparency on sales performance and trends;
• Bridge Sales, Finance & IT by working at the interface of Sales, Finance, factories, and IT/SAP to reconcile figures, perform plausibility checks, and ensure all stakeholders operate with one consistent set of numbers;
• Drive Pipeline & Partner Reporting using Salesforce Reporting to create pipeline analyses and Business Partner dashboards that support target setting, performance tracking, and management decision-making;
• Shape the Future of Sales Finance by actively driving digitalization and automation, from implementing new tools such as Offer Management and Contract Revisions to rethinking how data is collected, processed, and reported globally.

Требования:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field;
• Extensive experience in Sales Finance, Controlling, Reporting, or Business Analysis;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and explain complex data;
• Experience creating management reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau;
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders across functions and regions;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: German language skills.
