Hyra is seeking an experienced analyst to help shape and deliver a core risk platform powering real-time decisioning, fraud prevention, and customer assessment. You will work at the intersection of product, risk, and engineering to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role focuses on turning business needs into robust technical designs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring colleagues in agile practices within a flexible hybrid work

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a technical analyst in financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong domain expertise in risk management, fraud prevention, or payment processing systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs, including workflows and data models.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across departments.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and ability to mentor junior team members.
