Business Administrator as Senior Manager Lean Management (f/m/d)

Join our team as a Senior Manager Lean Management and lead the charge in transforming our Production plants in the Business Division Incontinence Management into a lean, efficient, and innovative powerhouse. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in Operational Management and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and shape the future of our organization. This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize processes across our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Lean Strategy: Support in the further development of an integrated Lean strategy and framework that takes into account the specific needs of the company and objectives of the Incontinence Management Division.
2. Training and Coaching: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels in Lean principles and tools to ensure widespread adoption and successful implementation of Lean methodologies.
3. Process Optimization: Drive AM, PM work processes together with ownership in the different plants.
4. Lean Leadership: Drive the operational results with all plants and organizations of our Incontinence Division.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including management, employees, suppliers, and customers to align on Lean objectives, drive engagement, and effective implementation of Lean program.
6. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular assessments, and analyze results to evaluate the success of Lean program.
7. Global Lean Network: Represent the Incontinence Division in the Global Lean Network, sharing and implementing best practices.
8. Digital/Industry 4.0 Promotion: Promote a culture of Digital/Industry 4.0, integrating digital tools to enhance Lean initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in business administration, engineering or related fields.
2. Several years of experience in Lean environment and in implementing Lean methodologies and leading Lean initiatives within large organizations; experience in a central area are advantageous.
3. Profound knowledge in program and project management with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
4. Proven track record of applying Lean principles and methodologies, ability and passion to teach and coach Lean to wide range of organization with the target of improving the results.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills and previous experience in change management.
7. Fluent in English and the ability to collaborate on a cross-functional and international level.
8. Willingness to travel (~ 30-50%).
