WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this position, you will play a key role in a major global transformation project that will shape the future of BASF's Agricultural Solutions business. As the PMO of the Change, Communication, and Culture team, you will oversee global change and communication initiatives, supporting the team to deliver results on time, within budget, and with impactful messaging.

• Monitoring and Tracking: Oversee the global change and communication project plan, milestones, deadlines, and create status reports.
• Implementation Oversight: Ensure the implementation of change and communication measures globally and locally, identifying gaps early and developing mitigation strategies.
• Pulse Check Monitoring: Track pulse check progress and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support for Regional and Local Communication Teams: Provide guidance and assistance in project-related communications.
• Representation and Point of Contact: Act as the representative and contact for work packages within the project organization and meetings.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of project experience, with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and engage stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps) and standard applications
• Experience in implementing and managing innovation or change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment
