We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Building Services Engineer to join our growing team in Frankfurt. Responsibilities:

1. Design HVAC, utility, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
2. Lead small to mid-size building service projects from inception to completion.
3. Attend design team meetings.
4. Conduct onsite inspections.
5. Liaise and interact with the wider project team including designers, clients, and contractors.
6. Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes and standards, e.g., German Building Regulations.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in the design of building services engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
2. Knowledgeable in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
3. Competent in building services software such as IES and Hevacomp.
4. Fluent in German and English.
5. Honours degree preferably in building services; candidates with an Honours degree in mechanical engineering will also be considered.
