A leading company in the electrical and mechanical services sector is seeking a project manager to oversee MEP Services project delivery. The role entails coordinating with various teams, ensuring quality and safety, and possessing a strong client focus. Ideal candidates must have a Mechanical/Electrical degree and experience in project coordination.
Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle
Coordinate Design team information & details in time for project delivery activities
Ensure implementation of the MEPL Services IPEP Management plan
Liaise with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, Lifts & Technical Specialists Sub-Contractors
Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of Safety.
Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved Quality plan.
Monitor Programmes & review installation progress.
Ensure design compliance & commissioning achievement with all documents collated and O & M Manual’s development.
Specific Requirements
Mechanical/Electrical Third level qualification
5 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience
Excellent IT skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Strong client focus
