Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium mit KNX-Zertifizierung.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gebäudeautomation und Projektumsetzung.

This position reports to

Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will actively contribute to the marketing of our solutions by contributing your technical expertise in the field of KNX, energy management solutions and our broad portfolio of solutions. Our aim is to support customers in planning as a full-service provider and to be perceived as a leading solution provider. You are mainly responsible for:

1. Supporting the Account Managers in customer projects, especially in questions regarding Building Automation and Home Solutions products, i.e. in the KNX area so also in the Welcome IP area etc.
2. Supporting customers in the design and implementation of individual solutions for building automation.
3. Consulting and technical support for KNX and IP-based systems and other automation solutions.
4. Carrying out customer training and internal training on building automation products.
5. Close customer relations with planners as well as external partners and customers to optimize solutions.
6. Support in the preparation of offers and technical concepts for customer solutions.
7. Close collaboration with internal teams such as Product Marketing.
8. Analyzing technical challenges and developing efficient solutions for existing and new projects.

Qualifications for the role

• Completed technical training (e.g. master electrician) or degree in electrical engineering, with KNX certification.
• Several years of experience in building automation and in the planning and implementation of projects in this field.
• Confident handling of KNX products, IP-based systems and energy management solutions.
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English.
