Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
• Erfahrung im HGB-Rechnungswesen.
• Fließende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens C1-C2) erforderlich.

Join us at Inuru as a Buchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter / BWL-Absolvent mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen & Steuern (m/w/d) in Berlin, with partial remote work possible.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated accountant to bring internal bookkeeping in-house, working alongside our external partner. This role is not just an entry point into our finance team—it’s your chance to shape accounting in a rapidly growing company from the ground up.

Responsibilities

1. Gradually take over bookkeeping from our valued partner TAD into our internal systems.
2. Implement and maintain accounting software (e.g., Lexoffice, DATEV).
3. Manage ongoing bookkeeping according to HGB—accounts payable, receivables, bank, travel expenses.
4. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with management.
5. Assist with tax-related issues, working with our tax advisor.
6. Build and maintain the personnel accounting.
7. Support the development of internal accounting processes.

Qualifications

1. Complete one of the following:

• Accounting training with experience in HGB accounting.
• Certified accountant (IHK or equivalent).
• Degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on accounting/taxes and a high willingness to learn.

Fluent German skills (at least C1–C2)—essential for working with HGB and tax laws.

Initial professional experience in accounting.

Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
