We are seeking a Heating Product Manager in Germany to help build a sustainable future with LG Electronics. This role primarily involves leading, directing, and managing the Heating (AWHP) business to expand the brand’s presence in the EU market.

Position: EU Heating Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  1. Define business strategy in collaboration with Subsidiaries’ Product Directors and Sales Leaders to enhance LG’s position in Europe’s AWHP market.
  2. Lead the organization to develop business schemes and infrastructure to support growth.
  3. Regularly monitor sales and project development, maintaining close communication with Subsidiaries’ Product Directors and Heating staff.
  4. Report business progress consistently to the EU Air Solutions Business Leader and EU B2B Top Management.
  5. Analyze and establish go-to-market strategies to increase heating channel penetration.
  6. Evaluate growth opportunities, assess new markets, identify bottlenecks, and translate strategies into cross-functional tactics.
  7. Monitor market trends in Europe and work with HQ to develop robust product development processes for higher product competency in the heating market.
  8. Plan marketing activities (ATL, BTL) with subsidiaries, collaborating with Sales Teams and HQ to develop customer-centric communication assets.
  9. Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners to improve pipeline management and increase sales revenue and profitability.
  10. Develop partnerships, such as with boiler manufacturers, to create hybrid product ranges for launch and promotion through heating sales channels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Academic background in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering within B2B industries.
  • Preferably, experience in heating or air conditioning business fields.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels and with customers.
