We are looking for a Heating Product Manager in Germany to build a sustainable future with LG Electronics. This position will be mainly responsible for leading, directing, and controlling the Heating (AWHP) business, to expand the brand’s position in the EU market.

Your responsibilities- Define business strategy in coordination with the Subsidiaries’ Product Directors and Sales Leaders to improve LG’s position in Europe’s AWHP market.
- Lead the organization to define the business scheme and infrastructure to enhance business growth.
- Monitor sales and project management development regularly by communicating closely with Subsidiaries’ Product Directors and Heating dedicated staff.
- Report business progress regularly to the EU Air Solutions Business Leader and EU B2B Business Top Management.
- Analyse and establish go-to-market strategies to improve heating channel penetration.
- Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and turn strategies into cross-functional tactics.
- Monitor key market trends in Europe and work with HQ to define and follow robust product development processes, resulting in higher product competency in the European heating market.
- Develop marketing activity plans (ATL, BTL) with Subsidiaries, collaborating closely with Sales Teams and HQ to create customer-centric communication assets.
- Enhance relationships with Key accounts and partners to improve pipeline management and increase sales revenue and profitability.
- Build partnerships with boiler manufacturers to develop hybrid products to be launched and promoted through heating sales channels.
Your qualifications- Academic background in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering within B2B industries.
- Preferably experience in heating or air conditioning business fields.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
