Project Description : Branded Project Manager - Scientific Communication

Profile & Social Media Management

• Manage projects from M2O, M4C, techMATCH, and Talents
• Generate scientific profiles and content for digital communication
• Perform quality control on the web portal
• Plan webinars with internal and external speakers
• Manage online registration and digital communication strategy
• Document campaigns and present them to the team

Event Management

• Manage scientific abstract compilations and submissions
• Create event booths, layouts, and materials
• Handle compliance and publication reviews
• Manage creation of testimonials and use cases with external scientists
• Generate and translate content into communication stories

Market Research Analysis

• Plan and execute market research to assess impact on Boehringer's reputation and talent attraction
• Present results to senior management

Flanking Activities

• Social Media : Manage content, promote posts
• Photography : Plan sessions and obtain consents following GDPR
• Adobe Analysis : Integrate AA tracking links and generate insights

Requirements

• Degree in natural or life sciences, or a master's in communication with understanding of molecular biology
• Proven experience in communicating complex life science topics
• Creative, exceptional communicator able to work independently and remotely
• Project management skills and knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in scientific writing, social media, digital publications, and market research
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English
• Weekly hours : 20-35 based on demand
