Brand Management Intern – TikTok (German Market)

Employment Type: Internship (Full-time, 5 days/week)

We are seeking a creative and driven Brand Management Intern to support our TikTok marketing efforts in the German market. Based in our Munich office, you will play a key role in shaping engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to strengthen our presence on one of the most dynamic platforms today.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Support or lead monthly TikTok campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business KPIs.
• (1) Assist in developing creative concepts and brief designers to produce compelling assets including videos, visuals, product listings, ads and newsletters.
• (2) Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies; manage outreach and coordination with influencers directly or via agencies.
• (3) Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity while staying relevant to TikTok trends and audience behavior.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, GTM, eCommerce) and external partners to drive campaign success and improve operational workflows.
• Insights & Performance Analysis: Monitor content and campaign performance on TikTok. Compare outcomes against competitors, identify insights, and contribute to continuous strategy optimization.

Requirements:

• Chinese speaker with fluency in both German and English – written and spoken – and the ability to use both as working languages.
• Prior experience in brand or digital marketing is highly desirable. Experience in the consumer electronics industry or familiarity with the German/European market is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing or social media platforms, particularly TikTok, is a big advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with excellent project and time management skills.
