Responsibilities

The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the Food & Nutrition industry. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.

TikTok's Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

(*All roles can be based in Hamburg, Munich or Berlin)

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities for brands in the Food & Nutrition sector to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow one of our key clients within the portfolio through driving full-funnel product adoption through scaled and innovative solutions
- Strategically guide the client relationship, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience
- Proven track-record in driving incremental revenue in a fast-paced solution orientated environment
- Well-versed with both branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities and ability to carve out strategies for the retail industry clients
- CPG or Food & Nutrition industry know-how and experience with relevant industry stakeholders in DACH market
- Existing network (client and/or agency) in the Food & Nutrition industry
- Fully fluent and written English & German language communication skills are mandatory in order to be able to communicate with local clients
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in programmatic sales, app monetization experience is a plus
- Experience of working in a matrix environment collaborating with senior stakeholders
