Job Description:

The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the Food & Nutrition industry. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.

TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers build long-term partnerships with top brands globally, educating them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our advertising products are high-impact and engaging, creating native experiences for users and developing deep brand connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities for brands in the Food & Nutrition sector to partner with TikTok.
  • Lead and grow key clients through full-funnel product adoption with scaled, innovative solutions.
  • Manage client relationships, act as a consultant, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Shape TikTok's external narrative in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, or online advertising.
  • Proven experience in media sales and digital marketing, with a track record of increasing revenue.
  • Understanding of branding and performance marketing campaigns, measurement capabilities, and strategies for retail clients.
  • Industry knowledge in CPG or Food & Nutrition, with relevant stakeholder experience in DACH market.
  • Existing network in the Food & Nutrition industry (clients and/or agencies).
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, for communication with local clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in programmatic sales and app monetization is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, fast learner, and strong team player.
