We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager (m / f / d) at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf!
In this position, you will report to the Head of Marketing and be primarily responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities to achieve ambitious portfolio growth strategies, backed by global resources and learnings.
Further responsibilities
- Responsible for innovation & renovation projects from idea to execution; executing and tracking recently launched innovations.
- Understand consumers’ needs and identify relevant insights.
- Develop a winning marketing strategy and the respective product & activation plans.
- Prepare country long-term and annual plans and ensure excellent execution of agreed plans.
- Work on the creation / coordination of ATL and BTL activities.
- Closely cooperate with international Marketing Teams and the local Category, Sales, Finance, and S&OP teams.
- Monitor competitive activities.
- Maintain tight control of the allocated marketing budget.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, marketing, or economics.
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing and/or Trade marketing.
- Ideally, first experience in an FMCG environment.
- Fluent in English and strong proficiency in German.
