Your tasks

Are you ready to drive growth in the Benelux market? At KoRo, we’re looking for a motivated and strategic BrandManager – Benelux (m/f/d) to strengthen our presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in aligning local initiatives with our business goals, developing market strategies, and leading impactful campaigns for both retail and online. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Omni-Channel Revenue Growth
    • Lead and implement strategies to grow revenue across online and retail revenue.
    • Plan and execute local brand activations including events, pop-ups, offline marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives to drive revenue and awareness
  • Local Market Ownership
    • Be the go-to representative for the Dutch and Belgian market within the central marketing team—supporting initiatives across advertising, CRM, and social media.
    • Provide cross-functional support and collaborate with key internal teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for products in retail and online.
    • Maintain and elevate our brand identity in the local market, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
    • Navigate the Dutch retail landscape, working closely with stakeholders to drive sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships and collaborations with local organisations to increase revenue and reach in the market.
  • Market Strategy & Insights
    • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and risks, and develop data-informed strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Recommend and lead localised initiatives that respond to changing market needs
  • Performance Monitoring & Budget Management
    • Track and report on the performance of all local initiatives using KPIs such as revenue impact, ROI and profitability.
    • Manage the local brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum impact.

Your profile
  • You’re currently based in Berlin and are committed to frequent travel to the Netherlands. Alternatively, you are located in the Netherlands and open to coming to Berlin for your first months at KoRo!
  • Ideally, you would be available to start as soon as possible.
  • You bring at least three years of practical experience in country management, business development, or brand growth – ideally gained in a fast-moving, consumer-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential, and your English skills are equally strong—both written and spoken.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the food industry(specifically the health and snack industry).
  • You have a strong track record in building lasting partnerships and maintaining valuable business relationships.
  • Project management and communication are among your core strengths, helping you drive initiatives forward with clarity and structure.
  • When it comes to campaigns, partnerships, and solving challenges, you rely on data to guide your decisions and deliver results.
  • You combine creative thinking with a keen sense for strategy, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • With your highly analytical mindset, you’re skilled at interpreting complex data, spotting trends, and turning insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
