We are currently looking for a Brand Manager who will be integral to supporting the brand strategy execution for Lovehoney Group’s portfolio. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, your role will enhance brand visibility and performance across various retail channels including B2B, marketplaces, and brand shops. You will bring your passion for brand management and skill in coordinating engaging marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Support global management of our product brand, maintaining consistent brand messaging across diverse channels (B2B, marketplaces, brand shops).
  • Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including supporting strategy development, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Partner with design, content, media, and PR teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and convert into sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and external media stakeholders to support the execution of paid and owned media strategies.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and support pricing, positioning, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to ongoing market and consumer research efforts, using insights to shape product positioning and future campaigns.
  • Support campaign performance reporting and help optimise creative assets based on in-market feedback and results.
  • Track marketing spend, monitor budgets, and support financial evaluations of campaign outcomes and product performance.


What You Should Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within multi-channel retail environments (D2C, B2B, marketplaces).
  • Experience managing and executing campaigns for own-brand products, with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Strong analytical thinking — able to work with market data, research findings, and campaign results to inform decision-making.
  • Exposure to media strategy or collaboration with paid media teams is a plus.
  • Confidence managing cross-functional teams and external agencies; experience driving collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and budgets, ensuring execution stays aligned with objectives and resources.
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior member of the team is highly desirable.
