A global distributor for games and toys is seeking a Brand Manager to oversee all marketing activities for a highly recognized name in the games industry. The brand is celebrating its 30th anniversary next year, with significant plans in place. The organization holds license agreements for some of the most prominent names in the market and operates as a multi-billion-dollar company distributing products to over 80 countries, with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France, and Germany. Due to exponential year-on-year growth, all offices are expanding their teams across all functions.

The Brand Manager will oversee marketing activities across the DACH and Benelux regions, working collaboratively within a team of five. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Television marketing campaigns
  2. Social media and digital campaigns
  3. In-store marketing, including FSDUs, activations, events, and window displays
  4. Managing relationships with retail partners
  5. Managing the relationship with the marketing agency responsible for digital campaigns

Candidates should have experience as a Brand Manager in retail, ideally within the toys and games industry, or possess a strong passion for the product. A deep understanding of in-store marketing, brand activations, and bespoke in-store events is essential. The ability to maximize retailer relationships, stay highly organized, and manage multiple priorities is crucial. Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed are also important qualities.
