We are currently looking for a Brand Manager (Mainstream and B2C) to lead our biggest direct-to-consumer brand, focusing on mainstream channels such as grocery and drugstore. You will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic brand management, proactive project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage brand and product portfolio strategies to drive growth, specifically targeting mainstream retail channels.
- Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including strategy development, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Create compelling sales presentations, analyze scan data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Brief and manage internal and external agencies to develop creative assets, including packaging, global campaign visuals, and messaging across all offline and online channels.
- Analyze market research, financial data, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions regarding pricing, positioning, and product performance.
- Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with product development and sales teams, maintaining consistent and impactful brand messaging.
What You Should Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, ideally within FMCG, with a focus on grocery and mainstream retail channels.
- Proven experience in sales presentations, data analysis (including scan data), and the ability to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional projects independently and proactively.
- Strong skills in briefing and managing internal and external creative agency partners.
- Strategic commercial thinking with a proven ability to develop and execute brand and product portfolio strategies.
- Analytical skills, with the capability to interpret market research and financial data to drive informed strategic decisions.
- Beneficial experience with international markets such as the UK, France, and the US.
