Qualifikationen

We are looking for a passionate Brand Management Leader (m/w/d) to further develop the popular & well-known brands Chupa Chups and Center Shock and help us excite consumers across Germany. If you're ready to leave your personal mark on a dynamic team, this is your chance!

As Brand Management Leader (m/w/d) for these exciting brands, you will report to the Local Marketing Director of the Perfetti Van Melle brands and play a key role in the success of the brands. Here's a brief overview of your future responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategies: Create local brand and growth strategies across the entire marketing mix — focusing on product, price, and communication.
  • Design local communication: Develop and implement local brand and product communication and plan effective media strategies tailored for all Perfetti Van Melle brands in the local market.
  • Drive innovation: Lead the entire innovation process at the local level — from idea to implementation — ensuring consumer needs are heard.
  • Manage products and portfolio: Oversee the entire product lifecycle and strategically develop our brand portfolio.
  • Lead and collaborate: Lead & coach a Junior Product Manager, work closely with internal teams and global partners, manage local agency partners and service providers, and serve as the contact for the global media team.

We seek someone with the right energy, hunger, and positive attitude to advance our brands in a competitive market. What else makes you suitable?

  • Completed studies in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of marketing experience — ideally in FMCG or retail.
  • Strong in media and campaign management, digitally savvy, and able to creatively and effectively leverage consumer trends. Experienced in working with Circana and Simit for targeted analysis.
  • Experience in new product development and holistic product management.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive, solution-oriented, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, team-oriented, confident communicator, fluent in German and English (at least C1).
  • Some leadership experience and enthusiasm for mentoring talents.
