In this role, you will :

  • Contribute to the creation of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in the creative direction of brand and product marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with overall strategy.
  • Help develop and refine design systems that ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Translate business and user insights into visually appealing and effective creative assets.
  • Maintain design standards to ensure brand expressions align with N26's identity and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product design teams to create cohesive and impactful brand experiences.

Assist in optimizing creative workflows and design processes to improve efficiency and quality of execution.

  • Work on multiple projects, balancing deadlines and priorities while maintaining attention to creative detail.

Stay updated on industry trends and apply new design techniques and ideas to campaigns.

  • Use tools like Figma to create design solutions that support efficient collaboration across teams.
  • Support junior designers, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the refinement of design processes and help elevate N26's brand storytelling.

What you need to be successful :

  • 2 - 4 years of brand design experience (agency / client side).
  • Extensive experience working on global consumer brands.
  • Best in class conceptual and design craft skills.

Skills :

  • Proven ability to create functional and impactful designs across multiple platforms (OOH, Social, Content, Performance, Lifecycle).
  • Conceptual thinking ability with an eagerness to drive meaningful design innovation.
  • Proficient in Figma, including utilizing it for automation and production at scale, with a strong focus on efficiency and design precision.
  • Experience working with global brands and collaborative international creative teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail for asset management.
  • Previous exposure to an advertising agency environment is a plus, and experience with lifestyle brands would be a great advantage.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently, delivering quality work efficiently even under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable communicating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
