• Take the lead in building and managing a new branch location in Germany – independently and hands-on.
• Recruit and develop your own team, taking full leadership responsibility.
• Own the numbers: revenue, budget, and process efficiency lie in your hands.
• Develop and implement customer and sales strategies while cultivating long-term partnerships with clients and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and international teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and quality standards.

Profile

• Several years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics – ideally in road, air, or sea freight
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
• Excellent market and industry knowledge combined with strong customer orientation
• Strong leadership and communication skills - essential for successfully managing a branch location

• Native-level German and fluent English skills (business level)
