THE ROLE

As a Branch & Regional Operations Manager (BROM), you will oversee operations across multiple depots, ensuring excellent customer service, fleet availability, and operational efficiency. You will support Depot Leaders to implement standard procedures and achieve key performance indicators. This leadership role reports directly to the Regional Director.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you will:

• Lead and coach Depot Leaders across various locations
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and high customer service standards
• Monitor KPIs and develop strategies for improvement
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and depot costs
• Collaborate with Central Operations, Finance, and HR teams
• Travel frequently (up to 75%) to provide support and oversight

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 7–10 years of operational experience in sectors like rent-a-car, logistics, retail, or hospitality
• 3–5 years in team leadership managing multiple locations or high-volume depots
• Experience managing depot financials including budgeting and supplier relationships
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (additional local languages a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with team management skills in dynamic settings
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Interest in campervans and willingness to learn technical details

Bonus skills include experience in:
