We are seeking an experienced and driven Boutique Manager to lead one of our premier locations in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a luxury retail professional with a deep appreciation for client service, operational excellence, and team development. The Boutique Manager will report to the Area Manager and oversee all aspects of boutique performance and client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

  • Analyze boutique performance and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Partner with the Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and remain relevant in the local landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability meets boutique needs and client preferences.
  • Implement initiatives and incentives that drive performance and client acquisition.
  • Set clear, personalized objectives for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Build a positive, high-energy work culture that promotes collaboration and excellence.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts within the boutique.
  • Ensure consistent in-boutique training on product knowledge, brand values, and selling techniques.
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements to boost team morale and motivation.
  • Ensure team presentation and grooming reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Set the tone for exceptional service by personally engaging with clients and modeling best practices.
  • Guide the team in creating a welcoming and personalized atmosphere for every client interaction.
  • Strengthen client relationships and drive loyalty through bespoke service and curated experiences.
  • Build connections within the local community and leverage high-profile relationships to grow the client base.
  • Ensure the boutique delivers an immersive and memorable brand experience.

Clienteling & CRM

  • Ensure team members actively manage their client portfolios and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Track CRM KPIs and oversee initiatives that increase client retention and repeat purchases.
  • Partner with marketing and events teams to host boutique activations and exclusive events.
  • Support localized outreach efforts to deepen community engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain impeccable operational standards across inventory management, stock control, and reporting.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and overall boutique presentation align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with operational policies, health and safety standards, and security procedures.
  • Manage boutique budget and resources efficiently to optimize performance and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in boutique or retail management within the luxury sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong operational knowledge, client development skills, and team management expertise.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-end retail environment.
  • Passion for luxury, attention to detail, and a client-first approach.
