Qualifikationen

• Starke Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Vollständige Buchhaltung der Tochtergesellschaft und Verwaltung von Lieferanten.
• Erstellung von Finanz- und Verwaltungsberichten sowie monatliche Steuerberichterstattung.

Job Role

Nano Dimension has an exciting opportunity as Bookkeeper (m/f/d) to join the global Finance team in Munich, Germany. We are pleased to offer this position with the flexibility of both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping of the subsidiary records
• Managing suppliers (German and international) - invoices entries and reconciliations
• Customers and suppliers reconciliation
• Accounts Receivables - Invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and aging reports
• Monitor & review the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date
• Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed
• Month-end accruals
• Filling and preparation of supporting docs for audit
• Tax monthly reporting

Requirements:

• 3 years of bookkeeping experience; experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills in German and preferably English
• Salary preparation and experience/knowledge of SAP is also seen as an advantage
