Key Responsibilities :

Conduct deep-dive research on DeFi protocols, Layer 2 ecosystems, governance frameworks, and real-world blockchain applications

Analyze tokenomics models including veToken systems, staking dynamics, and incentive structures

Track on-chain activity using analytics tools (Dune, Flipside, Nansen, Arkham) to evaluate protocol usage and financial sustainability

Assess DAO governance models, treasury operations, and proposal execution patterns

Produce high-quality research reports combining data analysis, protocol mechanics, and market trends

Interface with builders, governance stewards, and ecosystem stakeholders to surface actionable insights

Who You Are :

2+ years in Web3, DeFi research, crypto analytics, or related protocol strategy roles

Strong grasp of token incentive mechanisms, governance systems, and blockchain fundamentals

Experienced with on-chain analytics platforms and SQL for protocol-level tracking

Proven ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate findings to technical and strategic audiences

Crypto-native mindset—familiar with governance forums, token design debates, and on-chain developments
