As Blade Damage & Repair Specialist at Nordex, you will be responsible for managing damages and repairs on blades with our service providers, ensuring quality and safety of work on site. You will be part of the Global PM organization during the construction phase, mainly involved in pre-installation work. Your office can be in Porto, Hamburg, or Rostock.

• Provide technical first-level support and analysis of blades and fiber damages.
• Support repairs on fiber components, especially on blades.
• Supervise and evaluate subcontractors.
• Document reports for clients and facilitate handover to services.
• Ensure and review quality standards, including onsite if necessary.

Minimum qualifications include complete technical vocational or comparable training, experience in blade repairs or design/manufacturing, excellent English skills, proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel), organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in coordination roles and willingness to travel up to 10% (maximum one week per month) are advantages.
