As Blade Damage & Repair Specialist at Nordex, you will be responsible for managing damages and repairs on blades with our service providers, ensuring quality and safety on site. You will be part of the Global PM organization during the construction phase, mainly involved in pre-installation work. Your office will be in Porto, Hamburg, or Rostock.

• Technical first-level support and analysis of blades and fiber damages
• Technical support for all repairs on fiber components, especially blades
• Supervision and evaluation of subcontractors
• Documentation of reports for clients and handover to services
• Ensuring and reviewing quality standards, including on-site checks

Requirements:

• Technical vocational or comparable training
• Experience in blade repairs or blade design/manufacturing
• Excellent English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel)
• Organizational skills and task prioritization
• Experience in coordination roles is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, maximum one week per month
