As a Blade Damage & Repair Specialist at Nordex, you will manage damages and repairs on blades with our service providers, ensuring quality and safety on site. You will be part of the Global Project Management organization during the construction phase, mainly involved before installation. Your office can be in Porto, Hamburg, or Rostock.

• Provide technical first-level support and analyze blade and fiber damages.
• Support repairs on fiber components, especially blades.
• Supervise and evaluate subcontractors.
• Document reports for clients and coordinate handovers to services.
• Ensure and review quality standards, including on-site assessments if necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technical vocational training or equivalent.
• Experience in blade repairs or blade design/manufacturing.
• Excellent English skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Experience in coordination roles is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, approximately one week per month.
