As Blade Damage & Repair Specialist at Nordex, you will manage damages and repairs on blades with our service providers, ensuring quality and safety on site. You will be part of the Global Project Management organization during the construction phase, mainly involved in pre-installation work. Your office can be in Porto, Hamburg, or Rostock.

• Technical first-level support and analysis of blade and fiber damages
• Technical support for all fiber component repairs, especially on blades
• Supervision and evaluation of subcontractors
• Documentation of reports for clients and handover to services
• Ensuring and reviewing the achievement of quality standards, including on-site if necessary

Requirements include:

• Complete studies, technical vocational training, or comparable qualification
• Experience in blade repairs or blade design/manufacturing
• Excellent English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel)
• Organizational skills and task prioritization ability
• Experience in coordination roles is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, maximum one week per month
