Job Description:

Nordex Group, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines operating in over 30 countries with more than 8,300 employees, is seeking a Blade Damage & Repair Specialist. This role involves managing blade damages and repairs, ensuring quality and safety, primarily during the construction phase before installation. The position offers flexibility in office location among Porto, Hamburg, or Rostock.

  • Provide technical support and analysis for blade and fiber damages.
  • Support repairs on fiber components, especially blades.
  • Supervise and evaluate subcontractors.
  • Document reports for clients and facilitate handovers.
  • Ensure and review quality standards, including on-site inspections if necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Technical vocational or comparable training.
  • Experience in blade repairs, design, or manufacturing.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
  • Experience in coordination roles is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, approximately one week per month.
