As Blade Damage & Repair Specialist at Nordex, you will be responsible for managing damages and repairs on blades with our service providers, ensuring quality and safety on site. You will be part of the Global PM organization during the construction phase, mainly involved in works before installation. Your office can be in Porto, Hamburg, or Rostock.

  • Technical first-level support and analysis of blade and fiber damages.
  • Technical support for all repairs on fiber components, especially blades.
  • Supervision and evaluation of subcontractors.
  • Documentation of reports for clients and handover to services.
  • Ensuring and reviewing the achievement of quality standards, including on-site inspections if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Complete studies, technical vocational training, or comparable qualification.
  • Experience with blade repairs or blade design/manufacturing is required.
  • Excellent English skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel).
  • Organizational skills and task prioritization.
  • Experience in coordination roles is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, maximum one week per month.
