Are you the person we are looking for?

We are seeking a Sales Administrator / Order Processing professional to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will support our field sales team by preparing quotes and contracts, processing orders, and handling administrative tasks. You will also have opportunities to develop your sales and customer-facing skills by engaging directly with inbound customer inquiries, managing existing accounts, and handling renewals.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the Field Sales teams with sales-related activities, including preparing quotes and contracts, and processing orders
  • Coordinate and participate in sales visits and customer-specific marketing activities
  • Arrange technical resources for customer visits
  • Ensure proper receipt and internal processing of customer orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding order changes, pricing, delivery, and updates
  • Contribute to sales planning and forecasting activities

Account Prospecting and Management:

  • Target assigned accounts to build strong corporate relationships
  • Initiate contact with leads from sales and marketing initiatives such as trade shows, seminars, and email campaigns
  • Provide feedback to Regional Sales Managers about customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity
  • Analyze and understand customer business and technical requirements to recommend suitable products and services

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in German, French, and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively within an international team and environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, ideally with some experience in the IT industry
