Job Description:

Overview: Deutsche BizBanking, part of the corporate banking division, offers services for business clients across the Deutsche Bank, Postbank, and FYRST brands. Our goal is to support over 800,000 business clients with innovative and digital banking solutions, adapting to market changes and digitalization. The Chief Product Office (CPO) plays a central role in driving the digital transformation of our products and services.

Your Responsibilities: You will support the Marketing Technology Tribe in transforming, managing, and developing the digital BizBanking platform, especially:

  • Lead analysis and implementation projects for Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer workflows to ensure targeted messaging and tracking accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with other marketing technologies.
  • Conduct internal training and share best practices for Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Act as the point of contact for all topics related to your domain, interfacing with internal stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience: You should have extensive experience in creating campaigns and customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer within the Adobe Experience Platform, with knowledge of other Adobe products being a plus. You should also have:

  • Deep knowledge of personalization and automation in campaigns and journeys.
  • An academic background in business management, banking, or a similar field, with several years of professional experience.
  • Good understanding of banking products, processes, and systems, especially in Corporate Banking/BizBanking, with a strong stakeholder management network.
  • Experience in product, process, and project management, especially in agile environments (Scrum).
  • Solution-oriented, structured work approach, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with senior management and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and agile tools like JIRA and Confluence, and fluency in German and English.
