Overview: Deutsche BizBanking, part of the corporate banking division, consolidates offerings for business clients across the Deutsche Bank, Postbank, and FYRST brands. The Chief Product Office (CPO) plays a central role in driving the digitalization of our products and services.

Your Responsibilities: You will support the Marketing Technology Tribe in transforming, managing, and further developing the digital BizBanking Platform and the Commercial Banking Domain, specifically:

1. Manage and support analysis and implementation projects for the development and deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizer Campaigns and Customer Journeys.
2. Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer workflows to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and dispatch.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with other marketing technologies.
4. Conduct internal training and share best practices for Adobe Journey Optimizer.
5. Serve as the point of contact for all topics related to your area of responsibility, interfacing with internal stakeholders (corporate and private banking).

Your Skills and Experience: You should have extensive experience in creating campaigns and customer journeys, measuring them with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Experience with other Adobe products is a plus. You should possess deep knowledge of personalization and automation of campaigns and customer journeys. A degree in business administration, banking, or a related field, along with several years of professional experience, is preferred. Good understanding of banking products, processes, and systems, especially in the Corporate Bank (notably BizBanking), is advantageous. Experience in product, process, and project management, particularly in agile transformation and development (Scrum), is required. You should work solution-oriented, structured, organized, with a strong customer focus, and possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
