Overview: Deutsche BizBanking, part of the corporate banking division, consolidates offerings for business clients across the Deutsche Bank, Postbank, and FYRST brands. Our goal is to provide a home and future for over 800,000 business clients in our market, which includes around 2.5 million customers. We aim to actively shape the evolving needs of our clients through digital transformation and market movements, expanding our technological capabilities and service offerings. The Chief Product Office (CPO) plays a central role in driving the digitalization of our products and services.
Your Responsibilities: You will support the Marketing Technology Tribe in transforming, managing, and further developing the digital BizBanking Platform and the Commercial Banking Domain, specifically:
Your Skills and Experience: You should have extensive experience in creating campaigns and customer journeys, measuring them with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Experience with other Adobe products is a plus. You should possess deep knowledge of personalization and automation of campaigns and customer journeys. A degree in business administration, banking, or a related field, along with several years of professional experience, is preferred. Good understanding of banking products, processes, and systems, especially in the Corporate Bank (notably BizBanking), is advantageous. Experience in product, process, and project management, particularly in agile transformation and development (Scrum), is required. You should work solution-oriented, structured, organized, with a strong customer focus, and possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
