Seeking an experienced Biostatistician to support our client across early clinical development programs.

You will contribute to proof-of-concept, proof-of-mechanism studies, helping to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational drugs in first-in-patient trials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide statistical expertise across cross-functional teams,
• Design, analyze, and interpret clinical studies; proactively suggest improvements to study designs and analyses.
• Drive innovation in clinical development plans using advanced statistical methods, including Bayesian techniques.
• Support project management, coordination, and leadership, including supervision of contractors and cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuously monitor literature to inform and optimize departmental practices.

Requirements :

• PHD (or MSC) + several years' of experience, ideally in pharma setting
• Significant Phase 1 / 2 clinical development experience.
• Strong proficiency in SAS and R programming.
• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development and advanced statistical concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Bayesian models is strongly preferred
• Principal / Senior Principal / Associate Director-level experience preferred

Location : Remote, with monthly onsite visits
