Your responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships while engaging tactically within divisional or departmental groups.
- Develop and maintain Global Key Accounts within the territory.
- Seek out and develop new customers within the territory.
- Seek out and build business relationships with KOL’s in our industry.
- Own the development of opportunities through to receipt of Purchase Order and ensure detailed and thorough transition to Life Science Projects or Service teams.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings and presentations for both external customers and internal business partners.
- Ensure CRM is up to date.
- Meet and consistently exceed all sales targets set by the business.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- Feedback to the business on market trends to enable future business strategy development.
- Collaborate with and maintain strong relationships within Service and Projects to deliver a world class, end-to-end approach.
- Attend and organise, in partnership with MARCOM business partners, regional and international trade shows related to the industry.
- Develop territory marketing strategies in order that we enhance our market presence.
- Be an ambassador for the Getinge brand.

Your profile
- Degree level or equivalent education: In Biotechnology / Biology / Microbiology or similar.
- Previous experience of Sales within Biotechnology sector and of working in lab environment.
- Good knowledge of Bioprocessing, previous experience of bioreactors an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills over the telephone and face to face, demonstrating a high level of customer service, professionalism, and compassion for others always.
- Good German and English skills.
- Demonstrate a motivated and passionate approach to work, taking ownership for tasks.
- Planning and organizing to manage time, KPI’s and workload effectively.
- Proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Previous experience of SalesForce an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels within a global organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Openness to travel (60-70%)
