Job Description:

As part of the team in the Germany laboratory at the Stolberg site, you are responsible for the release of manufactured finished goods. In your role as Technician, Laboratory, Germany, you will conduct inspections of finished products and tests to ensure the cleanliness of cleanrooms in our microbiological laboratory. Consequently, you are entrusted with maintaining our high quality standards and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Release testing of finished goods and raw materials according to specified testing methods and specifications following GMP guidelines, DIN standards, and pharmacopoeias
  • Microbial load testing via membrane filtration on finished products, raw materials, and process water
  • Microbial identification based on morphological characteristics
  • Sterilization testing using biological indicators
  • Environmental monitoring of cleanrooms
  • Working in cleanrooms (ISO 5, 7, 8)
  • Conducting manual air particle measurements
  • Conducting microbiological tests such as Active Air, Passive Air, and contact plate tests
  • GMP-compliant documentation of test results both on paper and digitally
  • Data entry and management in SAP
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed training as a chemical or biological laboratory technician or as a chemical-technical or biological-technical assistant
  • Initial professional experience in a similar position would be desirable
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment would be desirable
  • Reliability, resilience, and ability to work in a team
  • Careful and independent working style
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Preferred: Class B driver's license
