  • Develop transferable analysis frameworks and data sharing schemes.
  • Support and train users in these analyses.
  • Contribute to initiatives like iofast for FAIR spatial data.

The ideal candidate should have strong computational skills, be motivated to enable high-quality research, collaborate across disciplines, participate in hackathons, and develop metadata schemes for FAIR data.

Qualifications include:

  • Master's and PhD in systems/quantitative biology, physics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • Ability to independently solve complex scientific and technical problems.
  • Programming skills in R and Python.
  • Experience in complex image analysis, especially in spatial transcriptomics and proteomics.
  • Knowledge of system administration is a plus.
