schlaich bergermann partner seeks a BIM Modeler/Coordinator for Special Structures to create and coordinate 3D models for complex projects using modern BIM methods. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to implement BIM processes and enhance digital planning.

The role offers opportunity to participate in international projects, expand expertise in parametric modeling, and collaborate across software platforms including Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Tekla and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and coordinating 3D models for complex structural projects.
• Strong BIM knowledge and digital planning coordination.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, Tekla or AutoCAD.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

BIM Modeler/ Coordinator for Special Structures

You will work with modern BIM methods and continuously develop digital planning processes together with our project teams. In this role, you will take responsibility for the creation and coordination of 3D models, support interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to the realization of challenging projects.

Your Tasks

• Creating and maintaining parametric 3D models for complex structural projects
• Deriving and developing technical drawings in line with structural information and 3D models

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in creating and working with 3D models
• Good knowledge of BIM methods and a strong understanding of digital planning and coordination processes
• Experience with relevant BIM and 3D software, ideally Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Tekla or AutoCAD
• A good understanding of how 3D models, structural information and technical drawings are connected
• Strong communication skills, a structured approach to work and an enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good command of written and spoken English
