Zusammenfassung

sbp sucht CAD-Techniker zur Verstärkung unserer Projektteams in Stuttgart. Du erstellst 2D-Ansichten, 3D-Modelle und koordinierst eigenständig mit dem Projektteam.

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauwesen oder Architektur mit, verfügst über CAD-Kenntnisse (Revit, AutoCAD, Allplan, Tekla oder Inventor) und arbeitest zuverlässig – ideal mit Deutschkenntnissen auf hohem Niveau.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauwesen oder Architektur.
• Praxis in Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen und CAD-Modellierung.
• Ggf. Erfahrung in Koordination mit Projektteams.

Aufgaben

• Erstellen und Pflegen von 2D-Konstruktionszeichnungen basierend auf Skizzen und Entwürfen.
• Erstellen und Pflegen von 3D-Modellen inkl. aller relevanten Ausführungsinformationen.
• Eigenständige Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und anderen Beteiligten im Designprozess.

Our scope of services includes all project phases from concept to completion— spanning from preliminary studies and detailed design to erection engineering and supervision of fabrication and construction. We seek the best project outcomes by actively following our design principles: lightness, resource efficiency and design quality.

CAD Technicians play a particularly important role in our project teams. They create detailed technical drawings and construction plans and are the link between different disciplines. Further, they ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations and thus ensure the smooth implementation of our construction projects.

To strengthen our project teams, we are looking forward to welcoming several CAD Technicians to start with us as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

• Creating and maintaining 2D construction drawings based on sketches, design concepts, as well as drawings derived from 3D for projects worldwide
• Creating and maintaining 3D models including all necessary technical information for execution
• Participating in project meetings and coordinating independently with the project team and other stakeholders involved in the design process

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a draftsman/draftswoman, surveying technician, or a comparable field, or a degree in civil engineering or architectureProfessional experience in creating technical drawings and CAD modeling
• Knowledge of CAD programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Allplan, Tekla, or Inventor
• High level of commitment and well-structured working style
• Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
