Job summary

ConSol Partners is seeking a BIM professional to support digital modelling and coordination across infrastructure and civil engineering projects. You will produce accurate digital models and contribute to quality assurance throughout project delivery.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers in a hybrid environment, using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Civil 3D to coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure smooth information exchanges.

Qualifications

• Practical BIM modelling experience with model coordination and QA.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools.
• Background in construction or civil/infrastructure projects.
• German language proficiency at C1 level and good English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and coordinate BIM models for infrastructure and civil engineering projects using relevant modelling software.
• Interpret technical drawings, engineering plans and project documentation to produce accurate digital representations.
• Support multidisciplinary model coordination, including model integration, clash detection and the resolution of discrepancies.
• Carry out model checks and quality assurance to maintain the accuracy and consistency of project deliverables.
• Work with engineers, designers and other technical stakeholders to coordinate models and information exchanges.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards, digital workflows and effective modelling processes.

About the Role

• Background in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Civil 3D, IFC workflows or infrastructure modelling would be advantageous.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Good command of English.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with good communication and collaboration skills.
